Ravindra Jadeja is one of the finest all-rounders in the history of the IPL, and in the 34th match of IPL 2024, he has once again shown his value with a fifty when his team needed it the most. 

However, there was a bit of luck involved too, especially in the six that took him to his fifty, as Deepak Hooda could not hold his composure at the boundary line and ended up dropping the catch, as the ball popped out of his hand and went over the line.

It was a a fullish delivery on the middle stump line and Jadeja pumped it down the ground. It went in the air but it seemed that it would go straight into the hands of Deepak Hooda stationed at long on. the tall fielder though made a mess of it and the ball popped out of his hands to take him to a much-deserved fifty.
