Pakistan cricket team don't learn from their mistakes. After going an extensive military training under the Pakistan army, it was expected that the team will improve its fitness level and will sharpen their skills, but it seems they have gone backwards.

In the third T20I against a third string New Zealand team, the Pakistan fielding was in a shambolic state as they dropped Mark Chapman three times, who evevntually ran away with the contest.

Chapman stood between Pakistan and victory, and all they needed was to dismiss the left-handed batter. However, they dropped three sitters and allowed New Zealand to level the series.

Pakistan dropps 3 dollies

In the first instance, Shadab Khan bowled a leg-break and Chapman miscued his slog sweep. The ball went in the air and Naseem Shah, situated at backward square leg dropped a simple catch. The second instance took place when Chapman went for a square cut and the keeper spilled the catch.

Things turned from bad to worse when Abrar Ahmed bowled a length ball and Chapman smashed it back to the bowler. Abrar had little time to react as Chapman got his third lifeline.

It is interesting to note that the Pakistan team went for a military training at the Army School of Physical Training. The objective of the training was to make the Pakistan players fitter, but the three dropped catches have told a different story.
