Jake Fraser-McGurk impressed one and all with his stunning strokeplay in the debut game against LSG and it was clear that the young man is here to stay. In the following game too, he displayed glimpses of his talent, but now in the game against SRH, the man unleashed his full might and smacked 65 off just 18 balls. 

The right-handed batter was looking set for his maiden IPL century, but a rare mishit against Mayank Markande ended his onslaught much to the disappointment of home crowd assembled at the Arun Jaitley Stadium. 

However, Abhishek Sharma's sister Komal Sharma was overjoyed with the dismissal as Fraser-McGurk was really taking the chase on.

Earlier, SRH scored 266 while batting first with Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma blasting 125 in the Powerplay. Kuldeep Yadav did take four wickets, but SRH had enough arsenal in their disposal and ended up scoring another massive total.

After the wicket of Jake Fraser-McGurk, DC just could not get going and apart from Abishek Porel, other batters struggled. Pant, especially struggled big time and scored at a strike rate of less than 100, leaving DC with no chance to chase the humongous target infront of them.
