David Miller is one of the most fearsome hitters of the cricket ball and whenever he gets going, he is a treat to watch. In the 40th match of IPL 2024 between DC and GT, Miller unleashed his beast mode against fellow South African by hitting him for 24 runs in a single over.

It was the 17th over of the match and GT needed a big over with 73 runs in the final four overs. It was then that Miller decided to take responsibility in his hands and smacked the first ball from Nortje for a boundary. The second ball was send into the crowd as Nortje bowled it outside off and the left-hander hit it over extra cover for a flat six.

The third ball was a dot while the fourth and fifth balls were blasted for sixes with vintage Miller timing, leaving every GT fan at the Arun Jaitley Stadium overjoyed. He took couple of runs off the final ball and it took him to fifty as well, putting GT right back in the chase.

However, Miller departed in the very next over on 55 as Mukesh Kumar produced an important breakthrough for his side to put DC again ahead in the game.
