Rishabh Pant scored 51 off 32 balls – his first half-century in IPL 2024 – on Sunday in Match 13 of the ongoing edition in Vizag. The manner in which he was smashing out of the park against all CSK bowlers brought a lot of joy to many fans across the country.

And the best moment of the match was the way he played a helicopter shot in front of the man who manufactured it for the first time, MS Dhoni. And more importantly, it was Matheesha Pathirana, the biggest threat for DC on the night, who was at the receiving end.

After winning the toss and opting to bat first, Pant promoted himself to No. 3. He gave the fitting finish, playing incredibly well to slam an almost yorker delivery to the cleaners. The ball went just over wide long-on, making it a beautiful six out of nowhere.
