Rajat Patidar batted aggressively on Sunday (April 21) in the Match 36 of IPL 2024 between RCB and KKR, taking place at Eden Gardens, Kolkata. The stylish Indian batsman, coming to chase a 224-run target, made Suyash Sharma look like a bunny in an over that conceded as many as 22 runs. 

RCB came for a huge task at Eden Gardens, and Patidar had to go big in tandem to keep his side in the game. And he delivered, smashing a four, six, four, and a six in a single over against Suyash Sharma. In between, he scored a couple of runs as well, making it a 22-run over.

Virat Kohli, who earlier was dismissed in a controversial manner, was relieved to see Patidar hitting Suyash effortlessly.

At the time of writing, RCB are 174/6 in 15.1 overs, needing only 49 more runs to win off 29 balls. Dinesh Karthik is at the crease, batting on 5* off 4 balls, while Suyash Prabhudessai is batting on `19* off 11 deliveries.
