Nehal Wadhera was brilliant in the 2023 season and was one of the shining lights for the five-time champions. However, surprisingly, MI management did not give him enough games in the first half of IPL 2024 which now seems like a wrong decision as Nehal Wadhera is delivering against RR when his team needed it the most.

He came out to bat at number 6 with Mumbai Indians in all sorts of trouble at 52-4, and Tilak Varma then hit the fourth ball of the over for the boundary as well off a low full toss.counter-attacked brilliantly after starting off on a cautious note. He was especially severe on Avesh Khan in the 14th over and blasted two sixes, one of which was a stunning one-handed six.

It was a slower fullish delivery by Avesh Khan and  Wadhera decided to go downtown. The fact that it was slower delivery meant that Wadhera was bit early on his shot and his one-hand came off as the ball connected the ball. Nevertheless, he still hit it beautifully and the ball sailed into the crowd for 86-Metre six.
