Meanwhile, Gujarat Titans have also been disappointing in the competition, incurring four defeats in seven matches. There have been several spectacular individual performances from the Titans' side, but they have failed to step up as a team. 

Skipper Shubman Gill has earned massive praise for some of his on-field tactics, but it's high time he should start taking more responsibility as a batter, considering the vulnerability of the Titans' middle order. 

Much like their batting, the Titans' haven't been impressive with the ball. While Rashid Khan has brought his A-game as usual, the Titans have conducted plenty of experiments to settle their pace battery in the absence of Mohammed Shami. 

So, moving on to this game, Gill must ensure he gets the best out of his resources and the core players- Sai Sudharsan, David Miller, Rahul Tewatia and Mohit Sharma- live up to the expectations.
