Away from cricket, MS Dhoni is lately been traveling the globe, and showcasing his acting abilities in various ads. However, the former India captain took time off from his hectic schedule and congratulated the daughter of Chennai Super Kings (CSK) CEO Kasi Viswanathan for opening the 500th outlet via a video message.

Dhoni caught up with Vishwanathan in Chennai itself on Sunday, who has been supportive of the former since 2008 as the leader of CSK. In the video, Dhoni extended his warm wishes while excusing himself from being able to attend the opening for the outlet due to a shoot. 

Here's what Dhoni said

"Hi Ashwini, hi Sam, hope you are doing great. I am in Chennai, but unfortunately, I can't come in the evening because I'm busy with a shoot. But congratulations on the 500th outlet, hopefully, you will make it 700 soon. Best Wishes from my side. I will be sending my man, he will be there on my behalf. So congratulations once again, have a terrific evening and yes waiting for the 700th one. "

The 42-year-old currently recovering from knee surgery, having captained CSK to a record fifth Indian Premier League (IPL) title earlier this year.
