The Mumbai Indians (MI) players are currently enjoying a planned break in Jamnagar before their upcoming match against Delhi Capitals (DC) in the Indian Premier League (IPL 2024).

MI's season has encountered a rough start once again, with the five-time champions currently at the bottom of the points table after suffering three consecutive defeats. 

The main focus in the MI camp has been the reported discord between captain Hardik Pandya and ex-captain Rohit Sharma. 

However, it appears that the team's outing in Jamnagar has helped to address this issue.

In a video shared by the MI social media handle, the camaraderie between Rohit and Hardik during the outing is evident and pleasing. 

Not only the two of them, but other MI players can also be seen participating in water activities and enjoying music and dance at a dinner party organised by the franchise.

The video also captured scenes from the dinner party with live musicians entertaining the MI players and support staff, providing them with a chance to unwind away from the cricket field.

During this break, players like Pandya, Jasprit Bumrah, and Ishan Kishan took the opportunity for a photo shoot.

Meanwhile, a report on News24 suggests that Rohit is unhappy with his treatment in the MI captaincy saga, hinting at a less-than-ideal dressing room environment. 

This development has been confirmed to News 24 by a player within the franchise. However, witnessing the camaraderie between the current and former captains would likely reassure MI fans.

MI is set to face DC in their next match scheduled for this Sunday. The Hardik Pandya-led team will be eager to secure a win to boost morale within the dressing room and get back to winning ways.
