After defeating UP Warriorz for the second time in the season by 23 runs on Monday, the red-hot Royal Challengers Bangalore are all set to lock horns against Gujarat Giants on Wednesday. This will be the second encounter of the two teams this season. RCB defeated them comfortably by eight wickets in the last fixture. 

The Bengaluru based franchise have done decently well this season winning three of their first five matches. They are currently placed third in the points table with six points and a positive net run rate of 0.242. They have three more games to play this season, and are highly expected to qualify for the Playoffs. 

RCB skipper Smriti Mandhana has led her side from the front amashing 219 runs in five matches at an average of 43.80 and is leading the race for the orange cap. Alongside performing with the bat in hand, she also has been spot on with her captaincy. Her opening partner Sabbhineni Meghna is just behind her skipper in the orange cap list scoring 164 runs in five matches.

The Royal Challengers Bangalore are expected to go with the same playing 11 which played the last match.
