Meanwhile, ahead of the fourth T20I in Lahore, Pakistan are expected to make a few changes. As Mohammad Rizwan was retired hurt during the third match, he might miss this game, making room for explosive batter Fakhar Zaman. 

Although Haseebullah Khan has joined the side, replacing Azam Khan, Pakistan might persist with PSL sensation Usman Khan, who has recorded consecutive failures in this series.
