Every player has different stats and numbers but this time one rare occurrence has happened in the ongoing sixteenth edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL).
Former Indian captain, Virat Kohli and current opening batter of the side, Shubman Gill who represent their respective sides Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Gujarat Titans (GT) in the IPL have managed to produce exactly similar figures after the completion of eight matches by both sides.

Kohli who recently captained RCB for a few matches in the absence of regular skipper Faf du Plessis has scored 333 runs after facing 234 balls while batting at a strike rate of 142.30 in eight innings where he also recorded one duck after his name.
No marks for guessing what Gill's figures are in the IPL so far after his 49-run knock against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at Eden Gardens as they went home with seven wickets to spare.
These uncanny figures keep both of them jointly at second position on the list of highest run-getters in the league till match number 40 with Du Plessis topping the charts after piling up 422 on the board.
Kohli will next feature for RCB when they take on Lucknow Super Giants at Ekana Stadium on 1st May whereas Shubman's Gujarat Titans will clash against Delhi Capitals on 2nd of May in Ahmedabad.
