India will take on England in the semi finals of the World Cup tomorrow and the Three Lions captain Jos Buttler is hoping to guide his side to the final of the tournament with a win.

In the other semi final Pakistan is playing New Zealand and there have been expectations of a potential India vs Pakistan final in the MCG on the 13 of November.

The two Asian giants produced one of the most remarkable matches in T20I cricket early on in the tournament and the fans will be hoping that they can face off in the final.

However, England captain Jos Buttler has revealed (h/t NDTV) that the Three Lions are out to spoil the party and they will look to beat the Men in Blue tomorrow.

"Look, we certainly don't want to see an India and Pakistan final. So we will try and do everything we can to make sure that doesn't happen.

"India are a very very strong team. Indian teams have been consistent for a very long time. Naturally so, with the amount of depth and talent they have. There are fantastic players in their lineup."

England certainly have an impressive squad at their disposal and India will have to be at their best to get to the finals. Despite potential injury blows, England have the depth to trouble any team on their day.

Star pacer Mark Wood is currently struggling with stiffness and Dawid Malan is expected to miss out. On the other hand, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli were dealt blows in the nets, but they seemed fine eventually and the Men in Blue will have a fully fit squad to choose from.
