[WATCH] Umpire Withdraws LBW Call Against Yorkshire's Shan Masood

Pakistan Test opener and Yorkshire skipper Shan Masood scored an unbeaten 95* (112) on Wednesday to help his County earn a crucial win over Derbyshire, but it didn't happen without a fair share of drama.

Masood was nearly adjudged LBW by the umpire when he missed an attempted sweep off left-arm orthodox, Matt Watt, at the score of 76.

The ball was clearly going down leg, but the umpire inexplicably raised his finger, much to the shock of Masood and the commentators. He later withdrew his decision.

The bizarre incident aside, Masood was unflappable as he took the run-chase by the scruff off its neck, and guided Yorkshire to a three-wicket win.

Masood was brilliantly supported by off-spinner Dominic Bess, who scored a run-a-ball 41* with the help of 6 fours.

The duo added unbeaten 58 runs for the 8th wicket, after Yorkshire had been reduced to 147/7 following quick dismissals of Dawid Malan, Matthew Revis and Matthew Fisher.

This is Yorkshire's maiden win of the season (after six outings), and they will now face Gloucestershire on June 25.
