Mohammed Siraj has Wriddhiman Saha’s numbers, and the numbers do tell the story. The right-arm quick dismissed the veteran wicket-keeper three times in the competition before turning the number to four on Saturday (May 4) during their IPL 2024 faceoff, when Gujarat Titans were up against Royal Challengers Bengaluru in Match 52 of the ongoing edition.

After Faf du Plessis won the toss and asked GT to bat first, Saha came to open with skipper Shubman Gill at at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru. As expected, Siraj came into the attack ahead of the second over, and got the wicket he was looking for.

It was a short delivery outside the off stump by Siraj which Saha tried to poke. The out-swing did the job, as Saha could only find an edge going behind before Dinesh Karthik completed a regulation catch with the big gloves to end his stay.

Right after dismissing him, Siraj made a gesture, which indicated 'I'm there.' It's the same celebration which Suryakumar Yadav did during Mumbai Indians' IPL 2024 faceoff against Royal Challengers Bengaluru, that too at their same venue.

At the time of writing this, GT have lost Shubman Gill as well, slipping to 15/2 after 4.1 overs. Siraj took the big wicket, as IPL 2022-champions are in tatters.
