The left-arm Saurashtra pacer Jaydev Unadkat has been in fine form in red-ball cricket for quite a long time, proving his mettle time and time again in domestic cricket, which later led to India call-up. The bowler currently representing Sussex in County Championship Division Two has given a match-winning performance for the side, taking them to a 15-run victory over Leicestershire.

The 31-year-old rattled the batting line-up with a six-fer in the second innings despite having a sore ankle as the opposition were chasing 499 for victory but could only manage 483 in the end. In the final innings, Unadkat bowled 32.4 overs while giving away 94 runs as his sixth wicket was a yorker length delivery that struck the pads and went on to hit the stumps, which gave Sussex a very crucial win.

To the unversed, Cheteshwar Pujara is the skipper of Sussex who has led the side from the start of the season, and with two wins, nine draws and just one loss, they are placed third on the table with 136 points.
