Scenario: If Brisbane Heat field first

Ben Dwarshuis (SIX): The left-arm pacer has been a true Sixer and has also completed 100 BBL wickets for the franchise. Dwarshuis has the ability to hit the right line and length from the right angles consistently. He bagged a fifer in the last game and has a good slower one that often leaves the batter bewildered.

Paul Walter (HEA): The tall all-rounder has been one of the underrated performers for the table toppers this season. He has played numerous cameos with the bat and has been a great option during the middle and slog overs. In most of the matches, Walter came to bowl during the middle overs and managed to nail a coffin.

Scenario: If Sydney Sixers field first

Michael Neser (HEA): The all-rounder is a big match player and has the ability to smash spinners and pacers. He can use the long handle effectively and is one of the best new ball bowlers of BBL. Neser gets early movement with the new ball and often strikes early by sticking to the line around the off stump. Without an iota of doubt, Neser can be a huge captain or vice captain option in this big match.

Steve O’Keefe (SIX): The left-arm orthodox spinner is not the leading wicket-taker in the tournament but he is someone who could exploit the SCG conditions perfectly. He is very good with his line, length and variations and just gets enough turn to create magic with the ball. The experienced campaigner has scalped four wickets from his last couple of Big Bash games.

Josh Philippe (SIX): A talented batter who generally plays at the top of the order, Josh Philippe is yet to enlighten the tournament as per his high standards. The wicketkeeper-batter is yet to score in big numbers and it won't be surprising if he gets to do it at the biggest stages of all.
