Amidst all the news about infighting and disagreements, Pakistan captain Babar Azam attended the wedding ceremony of pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi on Tuesday evening in Karachi.
As expected, Shaheen got married to former Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi's daughter Ansha after the conclusion of Asia Cup 2023. Azam arrived at the wedding venue in grand fashion in a luxurious BMW car, dressed in a blue 'Bandgala' suit.
Upon arrival, Azam went straight to Shaheen and hugged the bowler, dispelling any rumours about their bad relations. Soon, social media was flooded with videos of both Shaheen and Azam enjoying during the auspicious event.
Pakistan's all-format captain could also be enjoying the company of Shahid, who post the wedding released a heartfelt note for daughter Ansha on 'X' as well.

The reception took place at DHA Golf and Country Club after the wedding ceremony, which was attended by several Pakistani former and current cricketing stars.
Shaheen has joined a long list of Pakistan players, who got married in the past year or so, which includes stars like Shadab Khan, Shah Masood, and Haris Rauf.
