After all these years of great captainship from Mahendra Singh Dhoni whether for the Indian team or the Chennai Super Kings, the fans rarely saw him lose his cool while being on the field. The former CSK player, Matthew Hayden has now revealed what irritated MS Dhoni the most.

Hayden, who has represented the Chennai Super Kings for three years starting from the inaugural season of the IPL and having played under MS Dhoni for the same amount of time opened up on what can irritate one of the most successful captains in the world, MS Dhoni while he is on the field.

While being on a show, Hayden was presented with a few questions to which he had to answer and one of the questions was about Dhoni to which he replied by saying 'Slack Fielding' is one thing that can irritate Dhoni. 

Having captained the Indian team since the 2007 T20 World Cup, the fans hardly saw Dhoni shouting at the players or getting frustrated. But there have been a few occasions when he was caught on camera giving a stare to the fielders when they dropped a catch or misfielded the ball. 

For the man who is known to stay calm and cool on the field without showing any sort of expression on the field, sometimes a bit of sloppy fielding from the players has caught Thala off-guard, especially in crucial games like knockout. 

Despite taking it out on the fielders, a stare from Dhoni is enough to scare any player as he doesn't shout at anybody but always wants to do better to win the games.
