The journey of Delhi Capitals (DC) in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 has not been a good and memorable one, the franchise has had a disheartening start to the league are placed in the 8th position in the points table with three wins in eight matches played so far. 

The team has tried to maintain a positive spirit and has left no stone unturned in entertaining the fans with their social media videos. A recent video uploaded by the franchise on social media featured star batter, David Warner. 

The love and respect the Australian batter has for India is known to everyone, starting from his dance videos on Hindi songs, to Instagram reels and speaking Hindi for his Indian fans David Warner's affection and admiration for the Indian culture is highlighted. 


Delhi Capitals Shares Hilarious Video Featuring David Warner 

Social Media handle of Delhi Capitals recently shared an entertaining and humorous video of David Warner readily agreeing to get an Aadhar Card for himself. The clip was mentioned as "Finallyyyyyy, Warner now has a _______?".

In the video, Warner speaks fluently in Hindi and denies all the offers made by the host. When asked about going to a movie or having a free meal, the batter responds casually in Hindi, "Nahi Yaar!"

But as soon as the host mentions making an Aadhar card, Warner is seen in excitement and makes a quick comment "Chalo Chalo Chalo!" and even lifts the host, running off to get his Aadhar card made.

The dynamic batter faced a sideline as he suffered an injury on his right thumb while playing against Lucknow Super Giants. He was not able to play the match against GT but made a comeback against SRH. 

In the ongoing IPL, the 37-year-old cricketer has scored 167 runs in 7 fixtures with a strike rate of 135.77. 

Delhi Capitals will face Gujarat Titans on April 24, 2024, at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi.
