Rahul Dravid, India's head coach lauded the breathtaking knock of Suryakumar Yadav against Hong Kong, which took the team to the Super-four stage.

Coming in at a critical stage with India at 94/2 in the 13th over, Surya exuded confidence in his partner, Virat Kohli with his ball-striking capabilities.

SKY was creative to find consistent boundaries and keep the team scoreboard ticking at a lavish rate. In the end, he remained unbeaten on 68 off 26, laced with six fours and as many sixes.

India managed to post 192 on the board and won the game by 40 runs to become the first team from Group A to qualify for the next stage.

In this regard, Dravid thinks Surya's innings was phenomenal in the context of the game and expressed admiration for his match-winning abilities.

"I think it was incredible, I am just watching Surya Kumar Yadav play that innings the other day was phenomenal. I think he has done so many times now," said Dravid.

"In T20s, you have 10 wickets for 20 overs, and that's why you see more creativity and audacity at times, the way players play. "
