The 32nd match of Indian Premier League 2024 will see Gujarat Titans go up against Delhi Capitals at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Both teams have blown hot and cold so far and need to get some consistency into their game, which they would be fancing to do after winning their respective last games.
The visitors Delhi Capitals registered a morale-boosting win against Lucknow Super Giants in the last game and found a new hero in the form of Jake Fraser-McGurk. Now their top order look settled even in the absence of Mitchell Marsh with David Warner and Prithvi Shaw firing at the top. Jake Fraser-McGurk will fit into number 3, while Rishabh Pant is getting back to his groove.
Tristan Stubbs provides the power in the lower middle order and it would be interesting to see if they go with Shai Hope, or bring in Anrich Nortje and Jhye Richardson in his place. Kumar Kushagra or Abishek Porel can be used too if needed and they might be tempted to include Jhye Richardson in place of Shai Hope in this game.
Kuldeep Yadav and Mukesh Kumar also made a comeback in the last game, and overall DC would be quietly confident of their chances against Shubman Gill and co. in this game.
