Mumbai Indians (MI) will face Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in match No.55 of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) on May 6, 2024, at the Wankhede Stadium. Hardik Pandya & Co have had a disheartening start to the IPL as the franchise is placed in the last position in the points table with only three wins in 11 matches they have played so far.

The pacer has been not backed by any other bowler from the MI's bowling unit. 

Hardik Pandya, captain of MI, could rest Jasprit Bumrah in the match against SRH because of the upcoming T20 World Cup and to manage his workload, but the franchise is over-dependent on Bumrah as they have no other spinner or pacer working out for them in their favour.
